TimePlus - T&A Software with built-in time interpreter

TimePlus - What is it?

TimePlus is an easy to use Windows based Time & Attendance System specifically designed for companies with 10 or more employees. It uses a small electronic timeclock with barcode/magstripe/proximity cards or fobs to record employee start & finish times per day.

The data is then electronically downloaded to a PC running the TimePlus software. Data is processed in an easy to use award interpreter screen that presents the data in one week parcels per employee. Multiple shift times, rounding, overtime, meals breaks are all configurable.

Once each employee's data has been processed the software will create a standard Microsoft Excel spreadsheet with individual employee totals and a consolidated report. Export formats are available for most popular payroll packages, if you require a format that is not currently supported we will add it at no charge.

TimePlus can interface to most popular timeclocks although our preference would be to use the electronic timeclocks that we have been manufacturing since 1995.

What is the difference between TimePlus and BundyPlus?

BundyPlus is the next generation of software created from TimePlus. TimePlus allows for automatic time interpretation but we have found this too complicated for many small business so we created BundyPlus. The basic difference is that BundyPlus will automatically assign ordinary time per employee per day but will leave any overtime values to be assign by the operator. TimePlus will automatically assign both the ordinary time and any overtime by comparing the clocking times against a schedule. The problem we have found with this method is that the schedules need to be updated regularly or the data will be interpreted incorrectly.
