Our 15 year old timeclock system completely packed up and so we were left processing payroll for a factory of 400 people on rotating shift manually. There was a lot of pressure to find a solution quickly. Mike from Midnight Techologies was extrememly helpful in answering our questions and concerns - and most importantly got back to us quickly every time. I was especially impressed with how quickly they wrote a custom output file for us to inferface to our payroll system - PayGlobal.
Since they were able to write a custom output file to match our old system we have had very little work to do to put the new clocks in place. Staff love using the proximity cards and the email notification in the clock comms software is a welcome new feature.
I would recommend the BundyPlus clock system to anyone who asks but would actively encourage people to work with Midnight Technologies if you get the chance. They made what could have been a very difficult project very easy.
